Our
current property comprises of six apartments, five of which we let.
We have just completed our fifth very successful season. We realized
a long time ago the potential of this area and have seen our present
property double in value over the last twelve months. There has
been a noticeable increase in British interest following favourable
press coverage.
We have recently established a number of reputable contacts in and
around Porec, covering all aspects of property purchase and feel
able to offer the advice and help required to pursue your present
interest. The purchasing procedures are different from the UK and
we are offering our services to negotiate with agents/vendors and
generally offer advice in buying your property in this area.
Our approach is very ‘hands on’ and we will make ourselves
available for all viewings as necessary, when we have compiled a
suitable portfolio to meet your requirements. |
